Jiu jitsu black belt and has some grappling tournament experience. his striking defense is really bad but decent offense. havent seen much of his wrestling if any Pedro Doreto vs. Arthur Portes - Jun / 04 / 2023 Has some good calf kicks. He typically likes to wait for his opponent to attack and then stand and trade. His timing on his counters is good. However, when he counters hes pretty stationary and his head movement in general is pretty much non existent. Good judo throw in round 2 into some grappling control. Seems his grappling is a lot better than his striking. Pedro Doreto vs. Arthur Portes - May / 27 / 2022 starts the fight out very aggressive, walking his opponent down and landing combos on the cage. Looks really counterable because he doesn't move his head much when he attacks. displayed some good takedown defense against his opponent although they werent great attempts. got dropped by overextending and getting countered. good bjj off his back and he managed to sweep and almost ended up in mount. attacked the leg and ends up in side control. good awareness from top but he ends up getting out scrambled. defending tds in r2 and he had a good thai clich/knees. Again hes kind of brawling, decent offense but no defense. looking very tired and getting peicef up on the cage, luckily kicks out his opponents leg and ends up in mount. drops to an armbar, took back from it and got an RNC....
