Nicolas Leblond vs. Scott Malone - Apr / 20 / 2024 Good feints, keeps distance and stays patient. Really nice takedown but his opp was able to work to his feet pretty well. Has a judo background. Has nice counters but gets caught waiting too long which allows his opponent to land combos, although he has his guard up they still land. seems a bit chinny; in round 1 malone landed a straight shot through his guard that put him in a seat a bit, in round 2 malone landed a counter as he came in for a 1,2 combo that dropped him. When he finally throws he lands well and with good power. Hes very counterable though. another nice takedown in r2, his opponent also has a judo background though so I think that contributes to leblond struggling to keep him on the floor. Lands a massive overhand left that drops him in r3 and finishes him with GNP. Nicolas Leblond vs. Michelangelo Lupoli - Oct / 28 / 2023 lupoli circling around the cage as he does and leblond trying to track him down. he has some success in r1 but for the post part lupoli was too evasive and slick for him. he shoots a td but lupoli defends it will and they go back to striking range. leblond lands a 1,2 that hurts lupoli a bit, but hes fine and leblond shoots a td that again gets defended. leblond disrupts his rythm with a td attempt, lands a 1,2 that stumbles lupoli and he finishes him with a right hook. lupoli plays a dangerous game so i think this was bound to happen but good power and precision from leblond. ...
